Here is one funny story. Some student who was failing in mathematics found a way to pass exam!
Here is the teacher during class:

And here is a picture the student found on his teacher’s computer, in his personal files:

And another pic. The student said to his teacher that he would send the pictures to the dean if he would not put him a good mark for his final exam!

The problem with this, is that black is actually a felony. The very act of threatening to do something like this is a crime. (although actually following through and doing it isn’t).

1. WHY would the dean even care?
2. Looks like Halloween party shenanigans to me.
3. Stupid way to get expelled and charged with a crime.
4. Lame ass story.

Maybe the other guy is the dean.
try using a gun instead of blackmail.
much more efficient.

I feel bad for that guy. Stupid students have to resort to blackmailing to pass a class. Good luck in LIFE

Two things to consider:
1-”Computer Trespass” is a crime and is treated as such by most states;
2-”Invasion of Privacy” is also a crime and is treated as such by most states.
Although the images themselves may prove personally embarrassing to the teacher, the student could find himself in more trouble than he anticipated.

Blackmail is such an ugly word. I prefer extortion. The x makes it sound cool.
